4-course dinner menu for hotel guests
In the evenings, our hotel guests enjoy dinner in the hotel's atmospheric dining rooms in a traditional setting – accompanied by Alpine culture on Tuesdays. The Hotel Rosenlaui serves fresh, tasty Alpine cuisine featuring many local products.
Our breakfast buffet offers our guests delicacies from the passionate dairy farmers of the Rosenlaui Valley. Milk, butter, cream and cheese from the surrounding Alps are also the most important ingredients in our kitchen.
(We cannot in good conscience recommend a stay at our hotel to people who are lactose intolerant or vegans.)
